Just regular white vinegar.

I didn’t need jet dry at all. My suggestion is the soap I put a very little bit the solution. a couple of drops that’s all you need. You just have some dirt on the outside windows.. There is no grease and grime like there is on the inside windows. Mine came out perfect. Less product, more water and a good wash and squeegee. No more streaks. If you do, I would hose the windows down again and just squeegee them. Make Sure, you have a cloth to wipe off the squeegee in between squeegees that helps me too if I’m having any unusual problems!
Good luck.

I don’t really have flowers or bushes directly below my windows, so it hasn’t been a problem. But if a lot of the solution gets on plants, then yes, it could be harmful to them.

This homemade window cleaner could possibly damage the plants below the windows. I would be extra cautious when washing windows directly above plants.
