I am an Uber driver. I fill up everyday. I always have to put in my payment card before the pump will start (prepay). Someone previously said it didn’t work with prepay.
THIS MAKES NO SENSE. You have to prepay EVERYWHERE.
Please help me understand “doesn’t work with prepay”

I have done both! I have scanned receipts and have connected my card to automatically get the cashback. Either works, but I prefer linking my card.

I’ve been using upside for awhile. However this week I got a new telephone but the same phone #. I had $16.78 on there that I had not cash out. Well when they switched the app to the new phone it did not move the v$16.78 over. How will I get this money as my old phone does not have any network hooked to it.

Contact customer service and tell them what happened! I have cashed out multiple times and have always been paid, so I know that they are legit. And I want you to be able to receive your cash as well.
