Kauai is my favorite island. It has the perfect vacation feel. Plenty to do but also perfect for just relaxing. I am so glad you chose Hee Fat as your favorite shave-ice. It’s mine too; I honestly don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else! We are going back to the islands this summer and your post me super revved up!
